For me, the most exciting match of the weekend was Chelsea vs Arsenal. But I'm going to start the picspam with the Sunderland vs Manchester United match.

Here are results and standings so far along with some pics from the matches. Still to come tonight is the Stoke City-Aston Villa match.

I noticed that I hadn't posted picspams of the games that took place just before the international break. Instead of doing the usual, I thought I'd post the standings as of August 30th and a few highlight pics of each of the matches from August 28th and 29th.

I'm also posting a pic each of Sunderland's 9 new summer signings.

I have so many pics from the games this past weekend that I am going to break them down into groups. First off, the results from Saturday's matches:

Stoke City 1-2 Spurs
West Brom 1-0 Sunderland
Everton 1-1 Wolves
Wigan 0-6 Chelsea
Birmingham 2-1 Blackburn
West Ham 1-3 Bolton
Arsenal 6-0 Blackpool

I'm not going to comment on this match. Except to say it started out fine and then changed into something not nice at all. :(
